Planning a special event? Interested in a private chef for the evening? Steamers Shellfish To Go can assist you no matter the occasion. For some of our customers, a meal catered by Steamers has become part of their family vacation tradition.

Stearmers Shellfish To Go Catering can provide food for events with 2 to 100.

You’re on vacation so don’t spend those precious hours of beach time in the kitchen. No need to drag the whole group out to dine. Just relax at home and no one even needs to drive.

All of our offerings are prepared from scratch and based on our belief that food should be fresh, local and delicious. Our chef will prepare and serve your meal right in the comfort of your home or beach cottage. Labor costs will be assessed on an individual basis. Please feel free to contact us with any special request you may have, as always, we will make every effort to accommodate you.

For an original Outer Banks style clambake that will really wow your guests, you’ll love our catered Steamer Pots To Go®.

Our Steamer Pots feature live Maine lobster, little neck clams, Eastern Shore mussels, #1 grade Alaskan king crab & snow crab legs, fresh corn on the cob, onions and red bliss potatoes. We steam our pots on premise and serve them family style with all the sauces you’d expect.

We will personally customize the perfect menu for your event. Our Steamer Pots To Go® are served with Red Bliss Potatoes, Corn on the Cob and Yellow Onion. Melted Butter, Steamers Cocktail Sauce, Lemon and Seafood Shellers are included & all of this is steamed on site in the comfort of your beach house.

Traditional Catering Options

The Nags Head — $24 per person

We’ll help you select two entree options and two side dish options for your group. A great way to enjoy gourmet dining at your beach house.

The Corolla — $36 per person

If you are looking for something more than a traditional entree and side dishes, let us bring you appetizers and salad as well. You can select two entree options and two side dish options as well as two appetizer options and and a salad option. Enjoy a memorable evening with family and friends while we do the work!
